What are your apartment rates?
The nightly rate for our apartments starts at €100. Whether you're traveling alone or in a group of six, the price remains the same: €100 per apartment, per night.
Do you have internal rules to follow?
Yes, to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay you just need to follow some simple rules for good coexistence which you can find at this link.
From what time is the room available on the day of arrival and what time must it be vacated on the day of departure?
The apartments are available starting from 12.30 on the day of booking and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day following the last overnight stay.
How are your apartments structured?
In our property we have 5 apartments, 3 of approximately 60 m2 and 2 of approximately 55 m2, 4 of these apartments have a private balcony. Each apartment is equipped with bedrooms, private bathroom, lounge, independent kitchen, air conditioning, smart TV, free wi-fi, safe, hairdryer and all the comforts necessary to enjoy your stay with us without worries. Does each apartment have a kitchen?
All our apartments have a well-equipped modern kitchen. Guests are therefore free to cook whatever they wish, breakfast, lunch and dinner, just like at home. You can view all our apartments at this link.
Are bathroom linen and hygiene products provided?
Absolutely, in our bathrooms you’ll find everything you need for your comfort: fresh, clean towels and a selection of personal care products.
Is a cleaning service for the apartments available during the stay?
The apartments are equipped with all the necessary products to provide daily cleaning of the rooms. The facility staff is required to clean the accommodation unit at each change of customer. If the customer's stay is longer than 2-3 days,cleaners will clean the apartment between 10.30 am and 12.00 pm.
Does your property offer Internet connection?
In each apartment and inside the property it will be possible to use free wi-fi. The use of free Wi-Fi is exclusively granted to guests staying at our facility.
Does your property have parking?
Yes, free parking for 4 cars is available within our facility. If it is full, another free car park is available near the structure, a 3-minute walk from the OPIFICIO. You can find directions to the parking lot and to our facility at this link.

Our facility is located in Via Vittorio Veneto 24, in Capriate San Gervasio (BG). Below are some ways to reach the Opificio:
If you come from Bergamo
Exit at the Capriate motorway toll booth, set the navigator to Via Vittorio Veneto 24, Capriate San Gervasio, and you will arrive in less than 10 minutes.
If you come from Milan
Exit at the Capriate motorway toll booth, set the navigator to Via Vittorio Veneto 24, Capriate San Gervasio, and you will arrive in less than 10 minutes.
If you come from Lecco
If you arrive from Lecco, set your navigation to Via Vittorio Veneto 24, Capriate San Gervasio, and you will arrive in 40 minutes.
If you come from Bergamo Orio al Serio airport
If you land at Orio al Serio airport, it will take you less than 20 minutes to reach the Opificio by car.
If you come from Milan Linate airport
If you land at Milan Linate airport, it will take you about 30 minutes to reach the Opificio by car.
If you come from Milan Malpensa airport
If you land at Milan Malpensa airport, it will take you about 1 hour to reach the Opificio.
What are the main tourist attractions near your property?
The Opificio B&B Apartments is located a short distance from many sites of historical, cultural and family interest, with many activities for outdoor lovers close at hand. Crespi d'Adda, Leolandia, Vittoria Park and the cycle path on the Adda River are some of the attractions that our area offers. Discover all sightseeing spots at this link.
Do you arrange excursions?
Yes, we arrange excursions with a private guide by bike along the Adda river and on Monte Canto.
Is it possible to rent bikes from you?
Of course! Our property offers a rental service for e-bikes and standard bicycles, which can be requested either during the apartment booking process or upon arrival, subject to availability. During the rental period, guests are asked to take good care of the bike and avoid any damage, as any eventual damage may be charged to the user.
Is it possible to smoke inside the property?
In the apartments and in all areas/rooms of the structure, smoking of any type of cigarette, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited. The smoking ban also extends to the apartment balconies and the common balcony. Smoking is permitted only in the courtyard at the entrance to the facility.
How does booking on your site work?
After exploring our website and viewing the available apartments, you can easily make a reservation by clicking on the links and buttons throughout the site. You’ll be directed to our contact page, where you can fill out the form to book or request more information. Alternatively, you can also contact us directly via WhatsApp by clicking the icon on the site — this will open a chat with our team, where you can get assistance or complete your reservation quickly and easily.
Do children under 3 years old pay?
No, overnight stay in our facility for children up to 2 years is free.
Can I stay with my pet?
Our b&b is "Pet Friendly" and therefore we happily admit pets (dogs and cats) within the property and apartments. We trust in the responsibility of the owners for the correct behavior of their four-legged friends, towards all the rooms of the structure, other guests and our staff. Out of respect for the other guests staying at the OPIFICIO and for common hygiene rules, pet owners must be responsible for compliance with the following rules:
Pat our facility, pets (dogs and cats) are allowed only with prior reservation. During the apartment booking process, you can specify the pets that will be present.
The cost of the stay for a single animal is €5 per night (the supplement is due to the fact that adequate detergents and sanitizers will be needed to clean the apartment);
Only cats and small, medium or large dogs are allowed;
In the common areas inside and outside our facility pets must be carried on a leash or in a special carrier;
In each apartment it is allowed to have a maximum of two animals;
The customer must be adequately equipped to guarantee the well-being of their pets, independently providing carriers, food and travel kennels. If you do not have one, while booking at step 2 you can choose from the available extras, including kennels for your dog or cat;
It is absolutely forbidden to let pets climb onto beds, armchairs, chairs or tables
etc.;
It is required that the pet hosted in our facility is used to living at home and is thoroughly clean. The barking of dogs or cats' meowing can disturb other guests;
For safety reasons and for your pet’s peace of mind, cleaners will clean the apartment only if the pet is on a leash and in the carrier, cleaners will not clean your room if your pet is left unattended.
Pet owners accept full responsibility for the damage that may arise and therefore be caused by their animals.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (the IBAN will be provided after the apartment has been booked) and cash upon arrival at our property. POS payments with major credit cards will also be available soon, ensuring complete security.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations made after this period, or in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay may be charged.
